About this Death Cafe
This is a free monthly online community event sponsored by Rewild Portland. Like all Rewild Portland events, everyone is welcome who is able to respect differences of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, neurotype and religious beliefs.
Our intention is to have a relaxed environment free from cross talking, advice giving, information sharing and analyzing of what others share. This creates a space for going deeper into what comes up around the topic of death than we might in an environment of managing commentary, advice and opinions from others.
We will interrupt cross talking (back and forth exchanges) and give reminders about the guidelines for neither seeking nor giving information from others.

Kristin Markling is hosting this event along with Ryy Strife as co-facilitator. We are dedicated to encouraging sharing about death and dying in a way which supports accessing each individual's innate wisdom as equals who are all going to die, and all have our own unique experience with death.
